Join us for a special collaboration between Chef Diego Moya and Chef Etienne Le Bastard. Currently the Pastry Chef of Bouley, Etienne is one of the most talented pastry chefs of his generation, working in some of the most prestigious Three Michelin-starred restaurants in France.

We will offer 2 seatings at our Chef’s Counter, 6pm & 9pm.
