Tomorrow night, we are very happy to welcome at Racines NY Marie-Thérèse Barthelmé from Domaine Albert Mann. The fruit of the joint efforts of two big winemaker families, Mann and Barthelmé, both growing grapes in Alsace since the 17th century. Since brothers Maurice and Jacky Barthelmé are in charged with theirs wives, Marie-Claire and Marie-Thérèse, they decided to farm organically their vineyards with biodynamic practices. This magnified even more the superb quality of their different terroirs located just south of Colmar, including the 5 grands crus they inherited - Schlossberg, Hengst, Steingrubler, Furstentum and Pfersigberg. The whole range is of the most precise, dedicated quality, and they absolutely deserve the praise the wine world gave them. This is a rare opportunity to discover and taste one the iconic Alsatian estates.
