Tuesday night, David Lillie will be with us behind the bar for a very special Oysters and Muscadets treat!!
Of course, this is one of the most fun wine pairings possible, and Chef Diego Moya is sourcing some great bivalves for us - "Lever du Soleil" from Nova Scotia and "Wellfleet Petite" from Welfleet Harbor - with some creative home-made condiments. We'll pair them with six half-pours of great Muscadets from 2012 - 2018:
