You'll be thrilled by this beautiful synergy of cuisine and wine created by Chef Liebrandt, with Sommeliers Pascaline Lepeltier and Arnaud Tronche. (The scintillating Beaufort Ambonnay Brut Grand Cru is available in the US only atRacines NY. This most natural of all Champagnes (organic since 1979) is fermented only with wild yeasts. This wine, made with zero additives, is based on the 2013 vintage and was disgorged for Racines in January, 2018.)
